Update Home pics
3 weeks before it is finished.
They are preparing to pour concrete for the driveways.
This is a picture of the 1st floor (ceramic tile, put diagonally, with 4 inch granite in between them). I had to take this picture from our yard, because they have locked the door. This is a 2000 sq ft tiled surface. It took them 2 weeks and there are no groutlines yet.

Used Truck Trade-In Values Plunge, Deepening Auto-Sales Decline
Plunging prices for used pickups and sport-utility vehicles are deepening U.S. automakers' sales slide, with Ford Motor Co. the latest company to feel the pinch.
Gasoline near $4 a gallon helped send prices for used large pickups and SUVs tumbling at least 21 percent in May, Atlanta- based Manheim Consulting estimates. That cuts trade-in values, pushing light-truck sales down 16 percent in 2008, compared with less than 1 percent for cars.

One of the perks as a teacher (lol) is that you can go to iMAX for free. So we went to see 2 iMAX movies this weekend. 3D movies are an incredible experience. We saw "Dolphins and Whales 3D" and "Grand Canyon Adventure 3D: River at Risk".

So when will the Oil-Bubble burst?
This is quite simple, when other countries pressured by the US stop harrassing IRAN.
Isn't it ironic, that the one and only country to use the A-bomb and killing 400 000 - 500 000 innocent people (no they were not soldiers), is "frightened" that other countries would develop the same technology 60 years later?
The Japanese government may have deserved an A-bomb on their heads at the end of WWII because they were the last one standing of the Axis of Evil and because they treated POW so harshly. But those innocent people in Hiroshima and Nagasaki had nothing to do with the war. They were ... innocent. Trying to destroy the Japanese civilian population, sounds like Genocide to me.
Especially the SECOND bomb 3 days after the Hiroshima one, was of no use. There is no reason for killing another 250 000 people in Nagasaki, Japan was still in chaos from the first one and would have surrendered.
This sums it up:

June 12, 2008 is the most historical day in the 230+ years of US history
When George Bush, The Worst President Ever, decided that he was God and that Habeas Corpus was no longer necessary in his America, the media and the general population just shrugged.
Rule of law? Habeas Corpus? Who cares! What's on Idol!
Well, it's nice to see that at least five justices on the Supreme Court still cared. The final Vote: 5-4 ... in favor of Habeas Corpus, remember that the President appoints judges for the Supreme Court.
This is HUGE, this means that after the Evil Force will be gone, "We the people" will have rights again.

The Presedential election is about freedom, because one new appointed judge by Mc Cain, wil shift the vote and will make it legal for the State to arrest and attain people without reason. Just the way the Axis of Evil, Bush-Cheney-Mc Cain, want it.
