TOP 5 positives aspects of the culture clash, what do we like the most?

In a few days I will list the 5 negatives. We will exclude all work related items in the negatives, no need to explain that one :-)
TOP 5 Positives:
1. The people here
Everybody has been wonderfull and supportive. Especially our family and our colleagues here are SUPER.

2. The weather in Arizona
The weather is really great for 9 months of the year, the other 3 months it is unbearable hot. Arizona is an ideal place to retire, or a place where the "snowbird"people come during the winter.
3. Cheap products
Most things are darn cheap here. I already compared prices of cars in an earlier post. But all other things are cheaper too: electronics, make-up, unhealthy food, housing,...
Healthy food and airplane tickets are more expensive than in Belgium. I couldn't find another item that is more expensive here.
4. Low taxes and the mentality that goes with it / Better paid jobs

In the USA nobody abuses the "system" of welfare, because there is no system :-) They have a total different mentality here that our family likes. If you want something, you work for it, you pay low taxes because there is no universal health and no expanded welfare system. In Belgium there is a perpetual flow of money going from North to South. That (cash)flow lowers the standard of living for the North, Flanders. The main reason why taxes are high in Belgium is because the Walloons abuse the welfare and health care system on a big scale.

PS: Did you know Belgium is the only country in the world where welfare benefits are NOT limited in time...

Better paid jobs, lower taxes and cheaper products, financially speaking this must be heaven on earth.
5. Traffic
Driving here is fun, you can look around at the beautiful landscape. We really miss our beamer but the roads are in extremely good condition so the Cady will do for now LOL.
