actually yes: had a meeting with one of the major 'negotiators' like 100 days ago, and back then he was saying that they already knew how and when this was gonna end, everything was agreed back then but it was just a matter of image-damaging to keep negotiations dragging on... but you know what was most shocking: he was saying that the press was also aware of the agreement and the image-damaging tactics, but none of this was ever published...
