As you can see Maricopa is about 15 miles from the I10 which is an important Highway which connects Maricopa to civilization... In between Maricopa and Chandler there is an Indian Reservation. The Indians own the land so there is no possibility to build homes or commercial properties. It's a 15 mile drive in a no-man's zone.
When visiting a few communities two days ago in Chandler, I was wondering how prices of those Phoenix suburbs compared to prices in Maricopa. We'll probably buy a home in 2009, we have the same taste regarding houses so our problem will mainly be: WHERE to buy?
Let's compare prices for different regions in the Phoenix area and compare that to Maricopa.
Information from a phoenix realtor who used the MLS database.
