We bought this French looking villa. If everything goes well with the bank (regarding the mortgage), we will move at the end of November.

LOT + house

The lot we bought is 21 m (70ft) wide at the street side. It is 37 m long (125ft), is pie shaped and has 53 m (175 ft) waterfront. We are allowed to have a 6m (20 ft) boatdock and the lot is 1300 m2 (14120 sq ft). Non-motorized boats are allowed on the "lakes"/canals, if you are an owner of a property of the lake/canals.

The house we bought is 24 m long (78 ft) and 16.5 m wide (55 ft), it has 4 garages and has a deck on the frontside and a deck at the back (lake). 1 parlor, 1 study, 1 loft, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, 80 m2 garage, 350 m2 airconditioned space, 1 outdoor room 20 m2 (overdekt terras).
