We visited the Phoeninx Home and Garden Show

Especially the first pic is fun for one of our best friends at home.

What have wehave learned:

The food at all these shows is EXPENSIVE and tastes like CRAP. Nothing new.

We will be installing solar panels on our property. If they are located on the floor we can do that without any apporval from neighboors. When we want to install them on our roof we will need HOA apprval (approval from the community) The rebates for solar panels are more than half of the cost. (from electricity companies, Federal Govt and State)

We don't want any "real" grass, we are too lazy to maintain the big yard we'll be having. We want a pool, artifical grass and tile in the backyard. No rocks, no real grass.

Arizona's water is the worst water in the US, we'll be installing a total water conditioning package at our home. We'll have 100% pure drinkable water from all faucets.
