Trying to get quotes for gold coins at the KBC bank in Belgium

Everything in Dutch of course:

Me: Hello, my name is XXX, I was wondering if I could get a quote for some gold coins?

KBC: Hmmmm, I don't know if we do that here. I don't think we sell them here at KBC.

Me: Well, that's kind of odd, because a friend told me that he could buy gold coins from another KBC branch.

KBC: I will have to check.

~~~Music~~~
KBC: Sir, Apparently we at KBC ... do sell gold coins.
Me: Can I get a quote for an American Eagle, Maple Leaf or Krugerrand 1 ounce (1 oz), please
KBC: Euhhh, give me a minute I will try to find it on my computer.
~~~Music~~~

KBC: Excuse me sir, but I can't find it here on my computer. I am very sorry.

Me: Is it possible to connect me to someone who CAN find the quotes on the computer?

KBC: Ok, I will put you through to our branch manager.

~~~Music~~~
KBC brand manager: Hello, I heard you were looking for some quotes on gold coins?
Me: Yes
KBC brand manager: Well, I am looking them up now. (mumbling, typing, "where is the gold") Well, euhh, I can't find it. Can you give me your phone number, I will call you back later today when I find it.
Me: I will come visit the office tomorrow morning to get those quotes.
KBC brand manager: I will make sure we are able to find those quotes when you visit our office.
Me: Thank you, see you tomorrow.
Oh my, Gold has a long way to go. Apparently no one owns gold right now. Well too bad.
It's pobably time to sell when the hairdresser or shoe shine boy talks about the great nice looking American Eagle he just bought, but that is a decade away...
